Examples include but are not limited to: watching episodes of the anime Yo-kai Gakuen Y: N to no Souguu, known simply as Y School Heroes outside of Japan; playing the video game Yo-kai Gakuen Y: Waiwai Gakuen Seikatsu, known as Y School Heroes: Bustlin' School Life outside of Japan; and seeing characters from Yo-kai Gakuen Y appear in other Yo-kai Watch media that are not heavily focused on Yo-kai Gakuen Y.
